DSG Chair Capsule
The purpose of this project was to create an opening-price-point chair line that would be easy to transport, deploy, and use on a frequent basis. This project continued to build my skills in CAD where I build (in partnership with our engineer) working CAD assemblies, set up QA/QC guidelines for our factory, and developed robust cohesive soft goods patterns for each style. This line consists of the following chairs that can be found online here: DSG TRIPOD STOOL W/ BACK , DSG QUAD FOLD CHAIR , DSG HARD-ARM XL CHAIR, AND DSG LOVESEAT.

FINAL TECHPACK DEVELOPMENT.
Techpack Data Development.
Through the development of sewn prototypes, 2D artwork, 3D Models, etc. I was able to come to a factory ready resolution. During the sampling phase I managed lab dips, sample reports, material testing, and tech pack refinements.
3D DEVELOPMENT.
During this stage of the project, I focused on understanding the mechanics of the chairs and working with our engineering team to build out full CAD assemblies mated to move. By doing this our team could run FEA analysis to understand stress points and potential failures.
